One, Ultraman Cosmos, represented Legend's soul and wish for peace. However, somehow, as it dissipated across their home universe, Legend's power condensed in two spots, giving rise to two new Ultras. As they went their separate ways, Legend's condition worsened, to the point where their power dissipated, essentially killing them.
However, this victory came at a cost, as all three Ultras were severely hurt by the battle. In the end, they regressed it into the form of Maga-Orochi, still a destroyer of worlds, but much easier to handle for anyone it should come across. In due time, they located Tsukuyomi, and engaged it in combat with all of their power. Recognizing their common goal and reason for being there, the three joined forces to target the almighty being. Hearing the call, three ancient Ultras answered it who would come to be known as god-like beings: the colonist from Albios who would come to be known as Ultraman King, the Baraji-wielding Ultraman Noa, and the ancient figure known as Ultraman Legend.
